On 12th December, we welcomed 400 guests to a truly special festive evening at Shoreditch

Church. It was a night filled with music, warmth, community spirit, and generosity. Organised in partnership with Shoreditch Charity Concert, the event brought people together to celebrate the season while making a meaningful difference to those facing food insecurity locally and globally.

From the moment guests arrived, the atmosphere was electric - joyful, welcoming, and purpose-driven. The evening featured a live choir and a stunning musical performance from Yasmin Hass. The combination of choral music, Christmas singalongs and contemporary performance, filled Shoreditch Church with stunning acoustics. Guests enjoyed a thoughtfully curated selection of drinks and canapés from brands committed to quality and sustainability, including Mezcal Xaman, Helen Brown Organics Gin and Botivo (a delicious non-alcoholic botanical aperitif). We also enjoyed five-star seasonal canapés by Salsa Rose, delivering beautifully presented and flavour-packed bites throughout the evening.

One attendee, Ammara, who joined with a friend, shared:

“It was such a fun night, organised really well. Such great energy in the room, and it felt good to know your ticket was supporting people who don't get much this Christmas. It's so important to give back at this time of the year.”

£6,000 Raised, delivering real impact

Thanks to ticket purchases and on-the-night donations, the event raised an incredible £6,000 for charity.

These funds were directed to two food charities:

  • A local food initiative supporting people in Hackney and East London - helping fund 460 meals and vital community support

  • The World Food Programme Greatest Needs Fund - providing enough support to feed 271 people for one month

This means hundreds of people received essential food support as a direct result of one evening of shared celebration.

Sustainable partnerships matter

A core part of 4GOOD’s mission is working with sustainable and ethical partners. By collaborating with responsible brands and suppliers, we’re able to:

  • Increase the amount donated to charity

  • Reduce event impact

  • Showcase businesses doing things the right way

  • Help guests discover ethical alternatives they can continue supporting

Events like this prove that celebration and responsibility can go hand in hand.

Thank You

To everyone who attended, performed, partnered, supplied, supported, and donated — thank you. Your generosity and spirit made the evening unforgettable!

We’re already looking forward to the next one🎄
